In the period from 05 May 2025 to 09 May 2025, a total of 1,697,055 shares were purchased under the share buyback program of RWE Aktiengesellschaft, the start of which was announced on 27 November 2024.

The shares were purchased by a credit institution commissioned by the company as follows:
