Public Property Invest ASA - Disclosure of shareholdings

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Aker ASA

("Aker") on 13 May 2025, where it was announced that Aker Property Group AS

("APG") had signed agreements to acquire a strategic ownership interest in

Public Property Invest ASA (OSE: PUBLI) ("PPI") and Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i

Norden AB (STO: SBB).

Pursuant to the agreement between APG and TRG Real Estate AS ("TRG") described

in the announcement from Aker, APG, amongst other things, has the right to

acquire 84,589,085 new shares in PPI.

Following completion of the transaction, APG will hold 84,589,085 shares in

PPI, constituting 24.58% of the share capital and votes outstanding in PPI

following completion of the transaction. Prior to the transaction, APG did not

hold any shares, rights to shares or votes in PPI.

The PPI shares will be subscribed for in three tranches. Please refer to the

stock exchange announcements from Aker and PPI of 13 May 2025 for further

information in this respect.

The above calculations have been made based on a total of 344,182,818

outstanding shares in PPI following completion of the transactions described

in the stock exchange announcements from Aker and PPI of 13 May 2025.
