Yew Tree Overseas Limited ("Yew Tree") leads a consortium of shareholders of the Company, as disclosed in previous publicly available filings. The other members of the consortium of the Company's shareholders led by Yew Tree includes Saint Alexander SARL, J.C.B. Research, RRRR Investments LLC, FrancInvest Holding Corporation, John Idol, Omega Funds I Limited, BDI Invest L.P. and ErsteAM Ltd.
Omega Funds I Limited, BDI Invest L.P. and Saint Alexander SARL have given personal undertakings to Lawrence Stroll that they will exercise the voting rights attaching to the shares in the Company directly or indirectly held by them in accordance with Lawrence Stroll's instructions. Lawrence Stroll therefore indirectly holds the voting rights attaching to the shares in the Company directly and indirectly held by BDI Invest L.P., Omega Funds I Limited, and Saint Alexander SARL.
Omega Funds I Limited and BDI Invest L.P. are entities of which Ernesto Bertarelli, one of the persons subject to a notification obligation in Box 3 above, is the ultimate controller.
