Langmeil, 12. Mai 2025 – Das Amtsgericht in Kaiserslautern hat dem Antrag von Vorstand und Mehrheitsaktionär zugestimmt und folgende Personen zu Aufsichtsräten der MOBOTIX AG mit sofortiger Wirkung bestellt:  

-   Herr Maik Brockmann, Managing Partner Certina Group, Hannover;
-   Herr Tobias Meier, Private Equity Manager Certina Group, Limassol;
-   Herr Tobias Eiblmeier, Head of Mergers & Acquisitions Certina Group, Rosenheim.

  

Herr Tobias Eiblmeier wurde zum Aufsichtsratsvorsitzenden bestellt.  

  

Der Aufsichtsrat hat mit heutigem Beschluss und mit sofortiger Wirkung Herrn Giovanni Santamaria, Managing Partner Certina Group, München, zum Vorstandsmitglied der MOBOTIX AG bestellt.
