**In crescita tutti gli indicatori economico finanziari:**

- **Ricavi consolidati a 603,4 milioni di euro (554,3 milioni di euro nel 2024);**
- **EBITDA a 105,3 milioni di euro (87,3 milioni di euro nel 2024);**
- **EBIT a 88,7 milioni di euro (72,1 milioni di euro nel 2024);**
- **Utile ante imposte a 86,9 milioni di euro (73,1 milioni di euro nel 2024).**

Il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Reply S.p.A. [EXM, STAR: REY] ha approvato oggi i risultati al 31 marzo 2025.

Da inizio anno, il Gruppo ha registrato ricavi consolidati pari a 603,4 milioni di euro, in incremento dell'8,9% rispetto al corrispondente dato 2024.

Positivi tutti gli indicatori di periodo. Nel primo trimestre 2025 l'EBITDA consolidato è stato di 105,3 milioni di euro rispetto agli 87,3 milioni di euro registrati nel 2024 ed è pari al 17,5% dei ricavi.

L'EBIT, da gennaio a marzo, è stato di 88,7 milioni di euro (72,1 milioni di euro nel 2024), ed è pari al 14,7% dei ricavi.

L'utile, ante imposte, da gennaio a marzo è stato di 86,9 milioni di euro (73,1 milioni di euro nel 2024), pari al 14,4% dei ricavi.

La posizione finanziaria netta del Gruppo, al 31 marzo 2025 è positiva per 537,0 milioni di euro. La posizione finanziaria netta al 31 dicembre 2024 risultava positiva per 349,1 milioni di euro.

### **REPLY: The Board of Directors approves the quarterly report dated 31 March 2025.**

**All economic and financial indicators grew:**

- **Consolidated revenues of €603.4 million (€554.3 million in 2024);**
- **EBITDA of €105.3 million (€87.3 million in 2024);**
- **EBIT of €88.7 million (€72.1 million in 2024);**
- **Profit before tax amounts to €86.9 million (€73.1 million in 2024).**

Today, the Board of Directors of Reply S.p.A. [EXM, STAR: REY] approved the results as at 31 March 2025.

Since the beginning of the year, the Group has recorded a consolidated revenues amounting to €603.4 million, an increase of 8.9% compared to the corresponding data for 2024.

All indicators are positive for the period. In the first quarter of 2025 the consolidated EBITDA was €105.3 million compared to €87.3 million in 2024, equal to 17.5% of the turnover.

EBIT, from January to March, was €88.7 million (€72.1 million in 2024) and is equal to 14.7% of the turnover.

The profit before tax, from January to March, was €86.9 million (€73.1 million in 2024), equal to 14.4% of the turnover.

The net financial position of the Group on 31 March 2025 is also positive by 537.0 million. The net financial position on 31 December 2024 was positive for €349.1 million.
