Milano, 9 maggio 2025 – Saipem S.p.A. (la "Società") informa che i rendiconti sintetici, redatti ai sensi dell'art. 125-quater del D.lgs. 58/1998, delle votazioni dell'Assemblea Ordinaria e Straordinaria e dell'Assemblea Speciale degli Azionisti possessori di azioni di risparmio, tenutesi in data 8 maggio 2025, in unica convocazione, sono disponibili sul sito internet della società www.saipem.com, rispettivamente nelle sezioni "Assemblea degli Azionisti – Assemblea Ordinaria e Straordinaria 2025" e "Assemblea degli Azionisti – Assemblea Speciale Azionisti di risparmio 2025".

("Saipem" or the "Company") informs that the voting outcome, pursuant to article 125-quater of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998, of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meetings of Saipem, and those of the Special Shareholders' Meeting of Savings Shares held on May 8, 2025, in a single call, are available on the Company's website www.saipem.com, in the sections 'Shareholders' Meeting - General Shareholders' Meeting 2025 (ordinary and extraordinary sessions)' and 'Shareholders' Meeting - Special Savings Shareholders' Meeting 2025', respectively.
