MINUTES OF SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF APRIL 10th, 2025

Milan, 7 May 2025. We inform you that, pursuant to Article 85 paragraph 1-bis of the Consob Issuers' Regulation, the Minutes of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 10th April 2025 were made available today, at the registered office in Milan, Via G. Stephenson 43A, the authorized storage mechanism () and the Company's website at the address: www.generalfinance.it, section: "Corporate Governance / Shareholders' Meeting".
