Update on JSE Secondary Listing

Further to the Company's announcement on 7 May 2025, Shuka Minerals Plc (AIM: SKA), an African focused mine operator and developer, has today been informed by the Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE") that the commencement date for the secondary listing of its ordinary shares on the JSE has been bought forward by one day to 21 May 2025.

Shuka retains its primary listing on the AIM Market ("AIM") of the London Stock Exchange.
