Infinity Capital Investments S.A. informs shareholders and investors that, during the open competitive auction held on May 7, 2025, the 99.9998% equity stake held by Infinity Capital Investments S.A. in Complex Hotelier Dâmbovița S.A.—namely, 1,754,221 shares—was awarded at the price of 12,000,000 RON for the entire share package.

The sale-purchase agreement will be signed with the successful bidder within 30 working days from the date of signing the award minutes.
