Director / PDMR Shareholding
On 6 May 2025, the Company received notification that The Jolly Foundation, a registered charity and private company limited by guarantee, of which John Roberts (a director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company) is a trustee, member and director, sold: 150,000 shares at a price of 97.57p per share on 1 May 2025; 120,000 shares at a price of 98.00p per share on 2 May 2025; and 125,000 shares at a price of 99.12p per share on 6 May 2025.
As a result of the transactions, The Jolly Foundation holds 5,047,115 shares.
