In accordance with Section 30 of the Capital Markets Act, it is hereby announced that Nordea Funds Oy, on 2 December 2024 informed H+H International A/S that it as of 28 November 2024 had reduced its holding of shares in H+H International A/S to a total of 1,643,151 shares, representing 9.9% of the total share capital and voting rights. This reduction reduces Nordea Funds Oy's shareholding to below the 10% threshold for major shareholders, as outlined in Section 38 of the Capital Markets Act.

H+H's core activity is the manufacture and sale of wall-building materials with a revenue in 2023 of DKK 2.7 billion.
