In accordance with Section 30 of the Capital Markets Act, it is hereby announced that BankInvest Asset Management Fondsmæglerselskab A/S, on 6 January 2025 informed H+H International A/S that it as of 2 January 2025 had reduced its holding of shares in H+H International A/S to a total of 817,088 shares, representing 4.95% of the total share capital and voting rights. This reduction brings the shareholding below the 5% major shareholder threshold as defined in Section 38 of the Capital Markets Act.
