Major shareholder notification

Pursuant to Section 38 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, 2595406 Ontario Limited (Ontario), on behalf of itself and its ultimate owner Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board, hereby notifies Copenhagen Airports A/S (CPH) that Ontario and Elevenmoront Corp. (PBA SPV) have disposed of all shares held in Kastrup Airports Parent ApS (KAP), and that Ontario and PBA SPV no longer hold any voting rights or share capital in KAP. PBA SPV is acting in concert with us and in respect of KAP, and indirectly CPH, is acting upon our instructions.

As a result of the disposal of shares in KAP, Ontario and PBA SPV no longer hold indirect ownership of any share capital or voting rights in CPH.

Ontario is a company incorporated under the laws of Ontario, Canada with registered number 2595406. Ontario is wholly owned by Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board, a non-share capital corporation established under the Teachers' Pension Act (Ontario).

PBA SPV is a company incorporated under the laws of Ontario with registered number 2260907.
