2025 Financial Calendar Amendment

In the context of proper, accurate, and timely information to the investing public and in accordance with the provisions of Article 4.1.1, paragraph 2 of the Rulebook of the Athens Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as the "Rulebook") and Decision No. 25/15.04.2024 of the Stock Markets Steering Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange, as currently in force, the Société Anonyme under the name SIDMA STEEL S.A. announces its Financial Calendar for the year 2025 amends as follows:

Tuesday, June 03, 2025

Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.

The Board of Directors will propose to the Annual Ordinary General Meeting the non - distribution of a dividend for the fiscal year 2024.

Thursday, September 25, 2025

Publication of the Semi-Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year 2025, after the end of the trading session.

The company reserves the right to change the above dates, following relevant and timely notification amending the present, according to the Athens Exchange Regulation.
