Milano, 5 maggio 2025 - Saipem S.p.A. ("Saipem" o la "Società") informa che, ai sensi dell'Art. 127-ter del TUF, le domande degli Azionisti ricevute unitamente alle relative risposte sono disponibili nella rispettiva sezione del sito internet della Società dedicata all'Assemblea degli Azionisti (www.saipem.com | Sezione "Governance" - "Assemblea degli Azionisti").
