Breno (BS), 5 maggio 2025 - Iniziative Bresciane - INBRE - S.p.A. (la "Società" o "INBRE") comunica che in data odierna sono stati iscritti presso il Registro delle Imprese di Brescia il verbale dell'Assemblea degli Azionisti del 29 aprile 2025 e lo Statuto sociale aggiornato.
