Changes in Nightingale Health Plc's Management Team

Nightingale Health Plc (Nasdaq Helsinki: HEALTH; OTCQX: NHLTY, NGHLF), a pioneer in disease risk detection and preventative health has appointed Janna Ranta as Chief Operating Officer and a member of management team. Nightingale Health’s co-founder and management team member Satu Saksman, currently acting as the Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed as Chief Commercial Officer. In her new position, Saksman will take on responsibility of Nightingale Health’s healthcare business in Asia. The healthcare business in other regions continues for the time being to be led by CEO Teemu Suna.

Janna Ranta, a longtime employee, is currently acting as Business Director at Nightingale Health. Ranta has held various positions in sales and business development in the company since 2016.
