The shares in Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA (ticker: WWI and WWIB) will be traded ex dividend NOK 12.00 as from today, 2 May 2025.

The distribution of dividend was approved by the Annual General Meeting on 30 April 2025 and is in line with the announcement on cash dividend published on February 13, 2025.
