("BIH" or the "Company")

Temporary Suspension of Listing and Trading in the Company's Shares

The Company announces that due to delays to the statutory audit, it is unable to publish its Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 31 December 2024 (the " 2024 Accounts ") by 30 April 2025.

As a result, the Company has requested that its ordinary shares be temporarily suspended from listing on the Official List and from trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities with effect from 7:30 a.m. on 1 May 2025, pending publication of the 2024 Accounts, following which the Company will request that the suspension be lifted.

The Company will seek to publish the 2024 Accounts as soon as possible.
