ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

MFE-MEDIAFOREUROPE N.V. announces that, as anticipated in the press release published on 16 April 2025, the board of directors has resolved to call the Annual General shareholders' Meeting ("AGM") to be held on 18 June 2025 at 2:00 p.m. CEST at Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (Schiphol Boulevard No. 701), during which shareholders will be asked to discuss and resolve on the items included in the agenda and further developed in the explanatory notes for the AGM.

In this regard, MFE-MEDIAFOREUROPE N.V. has published the following documents for the AGM:

• (i) Agenda and Explanatory notes;
• (ii) Proxy form.
