30 aprile 2025 – Mondo TV S.p.A. (la "Società") società quotata sul mercato Euronext Milan di Borsa Italiana comunica che, l'assemblea ordinaria prevista in prima convocazione nella giornata odierna non ha raggiunto il quorum costitutivo previsto dalla legge.

Pertanto, come indicato dall'avviso di convocazione pubblicato in data 26 marzo 2025, l'assemblea si terrà in seconda convocazione il giorno 17 maggio 2025 alle ore 11.00.

Title: Communication regarding the Ordinary General Meeting of April 30, 2025

April 30, 2025 – Mondo TV S.p.A. (the "Company"), a listed company on the Euronext Milan market of Borsa Italiana, announces that the ordinary shareholders' meeting, initially scheduled for today's first call, did not reach the required quorum as stipulated by law.

Therefore, as indicated in the notice of the meeting published on March 26, 2025, the meeting will be held in the second call on May 17, 2025, at 11:00 AM.
