H2APEX Group SCA: Postponement of the publication of the audited consolidated financial statements and the annual report 2024

Grevenmacher, 30 April 2025 / 7:50 p.m. MESZ –H2APEX Group SCA ("H2APEX") has postponed the publication of the audited consolidated financial statements and the annual report 2024 planned for 30 April 2024 to 12 May 2025.

The reasons for this slight delay are technical valuation issues in connection with the hydrogen development projects of the H2APEX Group. As a purely precautionary measure it is pointed out that adjustments to the already published revenue forecast for the financial year 2024 or impacts on the positive going concern forecast of H2APEX are not to be expected.

As a result, the ordinary general meeting of H2APEX is expected to take place at the end of June 2025 following the publication of the audited consolidated financial statements and the annual report 2024.
