Amendment of the 2025 Financial Calendar

INTRALOT S.A. – INTEGRATED LOTTERY SYSTEMS AND SERVICES (the "Company"), following its announcement dated 28.03.2025 and in the framework of providing timely and proper information to the investing community, announces the amendment of the 2025 Financial Calendar, as follows:

Thursday, August 28, 2025 (instead of Thursday, 29/05/2025): Annual General Shareholder's Meeting of the Company.

As already been notified with the above announcement dated 28.03.2025, the Company will propose to the Annual General Shareholder's Meeting the non-distribution of a dividend for fiscal year 2024.

The Company reserves the right to change the above date, informing the investing community by amending this document in accordance with the provisions of ATHEX Regulation.
