ANNOUNCEMENT Financial Results 2024

Ble Kedros REIC (hereinafter the «Company» or the «Group») announces summary financial results for fiscal year 2024:

BASIC FINANCIAL REASULTS

The total value of the Group's portfolio for the fiscal year 2024 amounted to € 117.7 million, an increase of 5.39% compared to 2023, with 38 properties under management.

The Group's turnover for 2024 amounted to € 14.6 million compared to € 6.7 million for the corresponding period of 2023, showing an increase of 118%. The Group's turnover includes income from rentals as well as income from the sale of property owned by it.
