Proposal for dividend of EUR 10.54 per share
At the meeting held on April 29, 2025, Ericsson Nikola Tesla's Management Board and Supervisory Board, taking into account the company's business results achieved in the previous year, responsibility towards all stakeholders and outlook for 2025, jointly proposed to the Company's Annual General Meeting to adopt a decision regarding the dividend payment of EUR 10.54 per share.
Ericsson Nikola Tesla's Annual General Meeting will be held on June 26, 2025. The shareholders who have the Company's shares registered on their securities account in the Central Depository & Clearing Company on July 02, 2025, are entitled to dividend payment. Ex-dividend date is July 01, 2025.
