The annual general meeting of Andfjord Salmon AS was held at the Company's

offices at Kvalnes, Andøya, at 12:00 CET on 29 April 2025, including video

attendance. All items on the agenda were approved as proposed.

Enclosed are minutes and summary of attendance. These minutes have been prepared

both in Norwegian and in English. In case of discrepancies between the two, the

Norwegian version shall prevail.
