Infinity Capital Investments S.A. informs shareholders and investors about the availability, in electronic form, on Infinity Capital Investments S.A. www.infinitycapital.ro, on the website of the Bucharest Stock Exchange - www.bvb.ro and at the company's headquarters of the Annual Report and Financial Statements at Individual and Consolidated level for the financial year 2024, approved by the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 29.04.2025.

The individual and consolidated financial statements as of 31 December 2024 are audited by the company's financial auditor.

Infinity Capital Investments S.A. also informs shareholders and investors of the availability on the Infinity Capital Investments S.A. website - www.infinitycapital.ro and on the website of the Bucharest Stock Exchange - www.bvb.ro of the audited consolidated financial statements for the year 2024, in the single European electronic format (ESEF) according to the Transparency Directive 2004/109/EC (TD) to the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA).
