Mortgage Advice Bureau (Holdings) plc (AIM: MAB1) announces that it has today published its Notice of AGM on its investor website ( https://www.mortgageadvicebureau.com/investor-relations/investors/ ).

By way of a correction statement to the RNS dated 4 April 2025, the Group has also posted today copies of the notice to shareholders entitled to receive it, separately from the annual report.

The AGM will be held at 1pm on Wednesday 21 May 2025 at Capital House, 2 Pride Place, Derby, DE24 8QR.
