Geveran Trading Co. Ltd ("Geveran") has today, 28 April 2025, acquired 100,000 equity capital certificates in Sparebanken Sør. Following the acquisition, Geveran owns 2,108,167 equity capital certificates in Sparebanken Sør which represents a total of 5.06 % of Sparebanken Sør's issued equity capital certificates (based on 41,703,057 issued equity capital certificates).
This disclosure is made pursuant to section 4-2(4) of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act and is subject to the disclosure requirement pursuant to section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
