Announcing of Annual Financial Results 2024 and suspension of the Annual Financial Report Fiscal Year 2024 at the company's website (www.ekter.gr) and the Athens Exchange website (https://www.athexgroup.gr/en): WEDNESDAY, April 30th, 2025 ,after the closing of the meeting .

Annual General Assembly of Shareholders : Friday, July 04th, 2025.

Dividend date: Monday, July 14th, 2025.

Date of Dividend Beneficiaries : Tuesday, July 15th, 2025.

Start of dividend payment : Friday, July 18th, 2025.

Press Release Commenting on Annual Financial Results : Wednesday, April 30th 2025
