Postponement in Annual Report Publication

The Annual report for 2024 was expected to be published on 29 April 2025. Due to the resources utilized towards establishing EAM’s own internal management and towards applying for a relisting of the Company’s shares from Euronext Expand to Euronext Growth, finalization of the report with necessary audit formalities in place will not be possible by 29 April 2025.

It is expected that the report will be complete on or before 7 May 2025.
