EXECUTED BUY-BACK PROGRAM
Luxembourg - April 28 th, 2025 – d'Amico International Shipping S.A. (following "DIS" or the "Company") announces today that during the period between April 22nd and April 24th, 2025, n. 52,432 own shares (representing 0.042% of the outstanding share capital of the Company) were repurchased on the regulated market managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. at the average price of Euro 3.1100 and for a total consideration of Euro 163,064.72.
As at April 24 th , 2025, d'Amico International Shipping S.A. holds nr. 5,231,064 own shares, representing 4.21% of its outstanding share capital.
The transactions were made and coordinated by an independent equity broker duly engaged for this purpose, Equita SIM S.p.A., in compliance with the Board of Directors resolution of June 14 th, 2023, and under the authorization to purchase own shares approved by DIS Shareholders' extraordinary meeting held on June 13th, 2023 (as reminded by means of a press release issued on June 14th, 2023).
