ANNOUNCEMENT

on the availability of separate and consolidated Annual Report, released in accordance with I.F.R.S. and E.S.R.S. on December 31, 2024

In compliance with Regulation No.5 / 2018, on issuers and operations with securities, the COMPA 's Board of Directors informs all interested shareholders that the Annual Report for the year 2024 (separate and consolidated) is available on the company's website, under the https://compa.ro/investor-relations/legal-reports?lang=en section, starting with 28.04.2025.

The Annual Report (separate and consolidated) includes:

• - Report of the Board of Directors Separate and Consolidated, according to Regulation no. 5/2018;
• Audited financial statements and explanatory notes
• Declaration of conformity of financial statements;
• Financial auditor's report, regarding Separate and Consolidated financial Statements;
• Statement of assets and liabilities and statement of investments at the end of the reporting period
• Sustenability Consolidated Report together with the auditor's limited liability insurance

This is communicated to the Bucharest Stock Exchange and to the Financial Supervisory Authority, in accordance with the legislation in force.
