In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Exchange Regulation, the company " KORDELOS BROS S.A.", announces the Financial Calendar for the year 2025 as follows:

1. The Announcement of the Commentary of the Annual Financial Statements for the fiscal year 2024 will be posted on Tuesday, April 30, 2025, after the end of the session of the Athens Stock Exchange, on the website of the Athens Stock Exchange (www.athexgroup.gr) and on the company's website (www.kordelos.gr).

• 1. The publication of the Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year 2024 (01.01 2024- 31.12.2024) will take place on Wednesday, April 30, 2025. The Report will be posted after the close of the Athens Stock Exchange session, on the website of the Athens Stock Exchange (www.athexgroup.gr) and on the company's website (www.kordelos.gr).
• 1. The Annual Ordinary General Assembly of the Shareholders, is scheduled for Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at the Company's headquarters.
• 1. The Board of Directors of the Company intends to propose to the Annual Ordinary General Assembly of the Shareholders the non-distribution of Dividends for the fiscal year 2024.
• 1. Publication of the Interim Financial Report 01.01 30.06.2025: Tuesday 30 September 2025. The Report will be posted on the website of the Athens Stock Exchange (www.athexgroup.gr) and on the company's website (www.kordelos.gr) after the end of the session.

In case of modification of the above dates, the Company will inform the investing public in a timely manner with a new announcement.
