FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2025

In line with to the proper, valid and timely Investors Update and according to article 4.1.1(par.1) and article 4.1.1(par.2) of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, (hereinafter "Regulation") and Decision No. 25/15.4.2024 of the Stock Markets Steering Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange, as currently in force, "VOYATZOGLOU SA" (hereinafter "Company") announces key dates of the financial calendar for 2025:

Date of announcement and publication of the Annual Financial Statements of Fiscal Year 2024 (1.1.2024-31.12.2024), prepared in accordance with IAS / IFRS standards: Wednesday 30th Αpril 2025. The Financial Results will be uploaded before the opening of the Athens Stock Exchange

session, on the Company's website: www.voyatzoglou.gr and the Athens Stock Exchange website: www.athexgroup.gr.

• The Annual Regular General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025.
• The Company's Board of Directors will submit a proposal to the Annual Regular General Meeting of Shareholders for the non-distribution of a dividend for the year 2024 (01.01.2024-31.12.2024).
• Date of announcement/publication of the Semi-Annual Financial Report for the first half of the fiscal year 2025 (01.01.2025-30.06.2025): Tuesday 30th September 2025 (end of day, of the Athens Stock Exchange transactions).
