DISPOSAL OF WIND FARM IN POLAND

Under the provisions of Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 16, Greenvolt – Energias Renováveis, S.A. (hereinafter referred to as "Greenvolt") announces that, through Greenvolt Power, it has completed the sale to Enea Nowa Energia of a wind farm with a total installed capacity of 83.2 MW, located in Pelplin, Poland.

The value of this transaction amounted to €174,400,000 (one hundred seventy-four million and four hundred thousand euros), which represented a capital gain of approximately €28,000,000 (twenty-eight million euros), with all operational results up to closing remaining with Greenvolt.

This operation once again demonstrated Greenvolt's superior ability to develop and build projects while implementing a value-added asset rotation strategy.
