## **SOLIDWORLD GROUP: CONCLUSO L'AUMENTO DI CAPITALE PER COMPLESSIVI EURO 1,7 MILIONI CIRCA PARI AL 68% DELL'IMPORTO MASSIMO PREVISTO**

*Treviso, 25 aprile 2025* – **SolidWorld Group S.p.A.**, società quotata sul mercato Euronext Growth Milan (ticker S3D) e capofila di un gruppo leader nei settori delle tecnologie industriali di design e stampa 3D, della bio-fabbricazione 3D e delle linee di produzione di macchinari per la fabbricazione di pannelli fotovoltaici di ultima generazione, facendo seguito al comunicato stampa del 23 aprile 2025, rende noto che l'Aumento di Capitale si è concluso positivamente con la **sottoscrizione di n. 1.405.250 azioni ordinarie** *cum bonus share* **di nuova emissione (le "Nuove Azioni"), per un controvalore (comprensivo di sovrapprezzo) di Euro 1.686.300,00**, anche tramite la sottoscrizione di n. 420.950 Nuove Azioni rinvenienti dall'esercizio di n. 2.694.080 diritti inoptati collocati nel corso dell'asta svoltasi nelle giornate del 22 e 23 aprile 2025.

In considerazione della conclusione dell'intero periodo di offerta dell'Aumento di Capitale, il capitale sociale sottoscritto e versato di SolidWorld Group risulta pari a Euro 1.801.904,00 ed è suddiviso in n. 14.599.200 azioni ordinarie prive di indicazione del valore nominale.

L'attestazione dell'avvenuta sottoscrizione dell'Aumento di Capitale sarà depositata, con le modalità e nei termini di legge, presso il Registro delle Imprese competente.

La Società provvederà a pubblicare il comunicato di variazione del capitale sociale a seguito del deposito di avvenuta esecuzione dell'aumento di capitale nei termini di legge presso il Registro delle Imprese competente.

## **SOLIDWORLD GROUP: CAPITAL INCREASE COMPLETED FOR A TOTAL OF APPROXIMATELY EURO 1.7 MILLION, EQUAL TO 68% OF THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT ENVISAGED**

*Treviso, 25 April 2025* – **SolidWorld Group S.p.A.**, a company listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market (ticker S3D) and head of the Group leader in the sectors of industrial 3D design and printing technologies, 3D bio-manufacturing and latest generation machinery lines for photovoltaic panel production, following the press release of 23 April 2025, announces that the Capital Increase was successfully completed with the **subscription of no. 1,405,250 newly issued ordinary shares cum** *bonus share* **(the "New Shares"), for a consideration (including share premium) of Euro 1,686,300.00**, also through the subscription of no. 420,950 New Shares resulting from the exercise of no. 2,694,080 unexercised rights placed during the auction held on 22 and 23 April 2025.

In consideration of the conclusion of the entire offer period of the Capital Increase, the subscribed and paid-up share capital of SolidWorld Group is equal to Euro 1,801,904.00 and is divided into 14,599,200 ordinary shares with no indication of par value.

The certificate of subscription to the Capital Increase will be filed, in the manner and within the terms of the law, with the competent Register of Companies.
