Correction: Key information relating to the cash dividend to be paid by Itera ASA

Correction: The payment date has been changed from 9 to 10 June 2025 due to bank holiday.

The board of directors of Itera ASA has decided to propose payment of an

ordinary cash dividend of NOK 0.20 (0.40) per share for the financial year 2024. The proposal

will be considered at the annual general meeting 26 May 2025.
