Important events to be reported: NOTICE OF THE EFFECTIVE DELISTING AND CANCELLATION OF TRADING OF THE GDRs Franklin Templeton International Services S.À R.L., in its capacity of alternative investment fund manager and sole director ("AIFM" or "Fund Manager") of Fondul Proprietatea S.A. ("the Fund") , would like to inform shareholders of the effective cancellation of trading of the global depositary receipts ("GDRs") from the Specialist Fund Segment ("SFS") of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange plc (the "London Stock Exchange"). Thus, further to its current report on 12 December 2024, the Fund hereby announces that the admission to trading on the SFS of the London Stock Exchange of all Regulation S GDRs (ISIN: US34460G1067; London Stock Exchange GDR trading symbol: FP.) representing ordinary shares of the Fund ("Shares"), with one GDR representing fifty Shares, was cancelled as of 8:00 a.m. (UK time) today.
