Interim Dividend Declaration 

The Company announces that the directors have today declared a second interim dividend for the year ending 30 September 2025 in an amount of 2.125p per ordinary share. 

The interim dividend will be payable on Friday 30 May 2025 to holders of ordinary shares on the register at the close of business on Friday 2 May 2025 (ex-dividend Thursday 1 May 2025).
