Financial Calendar of Year 2025

In the context of providing correct, valid and timely information to investors, and in accordance with the decision 25/15.4.2024 of the Regulatory Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange and the Athens Stock Exchange Rulebook, as it is in effect today (hereinafter "the Regulation"), the Company "THRACE PLASTICS Co S.A." (hereinafter "Company") announces the Financial Calendar for the year 2025:

• Announcement of the Annual Financial Statements (Parent Company and Consolidated) of the fiscal year 2024 (1.1.2024 – 31.12.2024): Friday, 25 April 2025 (After the closing of Athens Exchange trading session).

The above financial statements, the Annual Financial Report of fiscal year 2024 and as well as the respective Press Release will be available at the same time on the Company's website www.thracegroup.com as well as on the website of the Athens Exchange www.athexgroup.gr.

• Annual Analysts Conference Call, about the Group's financial results for the fiscal year 2024 via teleconference: Wednesday, 30 April, 2025.

The details of the above teleconference, including that exact time, will be communicated via a new announcement.

• Date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders: Wednesday, 28 May 2025.
• Ex-Dividend Date for the Dividend of fiscal Year 2024: Tuesday, 10 June 2025.
• Record Date for the Dividend of fiscal Year 2024, Wednesday, 11 June 2025.
• Payment Date for the Dividend of fiscal Year 2024, with the payment being made through a banking institution: Monday, 16 June 2025.

The above-mentioned dates regarding the distribution and payment of the dividend are subject to the approval of the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
