## **SOLIDWORLD GROUP: CONCLUSA L'OFFERTA DEI DIRITTI DI OPZIONE NON ESERCITATI DURANTE IL PERIODO DI OFFERTA IN OPZIONE**

*L'Aumento di Capitale in opzione si conclude con un ottimo risultato, a fronte di un andamento dei mercati finanziari altamente volatile ed un contesto macroeconomico particolarmente complesso*

*Treviso, 23 aprile 2025* – **SolidWorld Group S.p.A.**, società quotata sul mercato Euronext Growth Milan (ticker S3D) e capofila di un gruppo leader nei settori delle tecnologie industriali di design e stampa 3D, della bio-fabbricazione 3D e delle linee di produzione di macchinari per la fabbricazione di pannelli fotovoltaici di ultima generazione, facendo seguito al [comunicato](https://solidworldgroup.it/wp-content/uploads/20250416_SWG_CS_ITA_Esercizio-diritti-di-opzione_final-mk_clean.pdf)  [stampa del 16 aprile 2025,](https://solidworldgroup.it/wp-content/uploads/20250416_SWG_CS_ITA_Esercizio-diritti-di-opzione_final-mk_clean.pdf) comunica che **in data odierna si è conclusa l'offerta su** *Euronext Growth Milan* **dei diritti di opzione non esercitati nel periodo di opzione** (i "**Diritti Inoptati**") e risultano venduti **n. 4.388.320 Diritti Inoptati**.

Si ricorda che l'esercizio dei Diritti Inoptati acquistati nell'ambito dell'offerta in Borsa e, conseguentemente, la sottoscrizione delle Nuove Azioni, dovranno essere effettuati tramite gli intermediari autorizzati aderenti al sistema di gestione accentrata di Monte Titoli S.p.A., a pena di decadenza, **entro e non oltre il 24 aprile 2025**, con pari valuta.

Solidworld ringrazia tutti coloro che hanno partecipato e sostenuto finanziariamente il Gruppo in questa fase di mercato molto incerto.

Le Nuove Azioni rivenienti dall'esercizio dei Diritti Inoptati saranno accreditate sui conti degli intermediari autorizzati aderenti al sistema di gestione accentrata di Monte Titoli S.p.A. al termine della giornata contabile dell'ultimo giorno di esercizio dei Diritti Inoptati e saranno pertanto disponibili dal medesimo giorno.

Nel primo semestre 2024 il Gruppo SolidWorld ha registrato ricavi per 30,9 milioni di euro, un valore della produzione di 40,1 milioni di euro con un EBITDA pari a 6,3 milioni di euro. ## **SOLIDWORLD GROUP: COMPLETION OF THE OFFER OF THE OPTION RIGHTS NOT EXERCISED DURING THE OFFER PERIOD**

*The capital increase in option ends with an excellent result, in the face of a highly volatile financial market trend and a particularly complex macroeconomic environment*

*Treviso, 23 April 2025* – **SolidWorld Group S.p.A.**, a company listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market (ticker S3D) and head of the Group leader in the sectors of industrial 3D design and printing technologies, 3D bio-manufacturing and latest generation machinery lines for photovoltaic panel production, further to the [press release dated 16 April 2025,](https://solidworldgroup.it/wp-content/uploads/20250416_SWG_PR_ENG_Exercise-of-option-rights.pdf) **announces that today the offer on** *Euronext Growth Milan* **of the option rights not exercised during the option period (the "Unexercised Rights") has been completed** and 4,388,320 Unexercised Rights have been sold.

It should be noted that the exercise of the Unexercised Rights purchased as part of the offer on the Stock Exchange and, consequently, the subscription of the New Shares, must be carried out through the authorized intermediaries participating in the centralized management system of Monte Titoli S.p.A., under penalty of forfeiture, **no later than April 24, 2025**, with the same currency.

Solidworld thanks all those who participated and financially supported the Group in this very uncertain market phase.

The New Shares resulting from the exercise of the Unexercised Rights will be credited to the accounts of the authorized intermediaries participating in the centralized management system of Monte Titoli S.p.A. at the end of the accounting day of the last day of exercise of the Unexercised Rights and will therefore be available from the same day.
