*Sant'Agata Feltria (Rimini), 23 April 2025 – Indel B S.p.A. -* a company listed on the Borsa Italiana EXM and parent company of a group that operates in the manufacture of cooling systems for *mobile* and *mobile living* for the *automotive*, *hospitality* and *leisure time* markets (pleasure boats and *recreational vehicles*) - hereby announce that were filed today the notice of call for the ordinary shareholders' meeting convened on 23 May 2025 on a single call, the proxy/sub delegation forms and voting instructions, the share capital information, as well as the explanatory reports explanatory report of the directors on the items on the agenda.
