AVVISO DI PAGAMENTO DEL DIVIDENDO E VERBALE DELL'ASSEMBLEA DEI SOCI

Si informa che l'Assemblea degli Azionisti di Fiera Milano S.p.A. del 23 aprile 2025 ha approvato, inter alia, il bilancio di esercizio al 31 dicembre 2024 e la distribuzione di un dividendo ordinario lordo di Euro 0,20 per ciascuna azione ordinaria avente diritto, a valere sull'ammontare dell'utile dell'esercizio 2024 per Euro 13.359.829,69 e sugli utili riportati a nuovo dagli esercizi precedenti per Euro 866.056,91.

Il dividendo sarà messo in pagamento a decorrere dal 30 aprile 2025, con stacco cedola n. 11 in data 28 aprile 2025 e record date in data 29 aprile 2025.

Si informa, altresì, che il verbale dell'Assemblea dei Soci tenutasi il 23 aprile 2025 verrà messo a disposizione del pubblico nei termini di legge e con le modalità previste dalle vigenti normative.

NOTICE OF DIVIDEND PAYMENT AND MINUTES OF THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

On 23 April 2025 the Shareholders' Meeting of Fiera Milano S.p.A. approved, among others, the Financial Statements as at 31 December 2024 and the distribution of a gross dividend of Euro 0.20 for each ordinary share entitled, based on the amount of profit for the financial year 2024 of Euro 13,359,829.69 and on the retained earnings from previous years of Euro 866,056.9. The payment of the dividend will take place from 30 April 2025, with release of coupon No. 11 on 28 April 2025 and record date of 29 April 2025.

The minutes of the Shareholders' Meeting held on 23 April 2025 will be disclosed to the public according to the deadlines and criteria established by the applicable laws.
