Sandnes, Norway, 23 April 2025: The Board of Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR) has

resolved to pay a dividend payment of NOK 1.245 per share, NOK 3 108 025 776 in

total, equal to USD 300 million relating to Q1 2025.

Last day including right: 28.04.2025

Ex-date: 29.04.2025

Record date: 30.04.2025

Payment date: 08.05.2025

Date of approval: 22.04.2025

The dividend will be paid in NOK, and the NOK dividend amount is based on the

daily exchange rate published by Norges Bank 22 April 2025 approximately at

1600hrs CET.
