Appointment of a Member of the Management Board of Alior Bank S.A.TheManagement Board of Alior Bank Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") hereby informsthat the Bank's Supervisory Board appointed on April 22, 2025, witheffect from May 5, 2025, Ms. Beata Stawiarska to the composition of theManagement Board of the Bank for the current three-year joint sixth termof the office of the Bank's Management Board, which started on January1, 2024, to the function of Vice-President of the Bank's ManagementBoard.

A biographical note of Ms. Beata Stawiarska is presented in theattachment to this report.

According to the submitted statement, Ms. Beata Stawiarska does notconduct any activity competitive to the Bank and does not participate incompetitive entities as a partner in civil or personal partnerships, oras a member of the corporate bodies or other competitive legal entities.

According to the submitted statement, Ms. Beata Stawiarska is notentered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to theprovisions of the KRS National Court Register Act of August 20, 1997.
