CALL NOTICE PUBLICATION AND FILING OF THE DOCUMENTS FOR THE ORDINARY AND EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

Milan, April 22nd, 2025 - Datrix S.p.A. ('Datrix' or the 'Company'), a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan (ISIN code IT00054683), at the head of an international ecosystem of B2B vertical software companies, which leverage on the empowering value of Artificial Intelligence, hereby announces that the call no1ce of ordinary shareholders' mee1ng of the Company convened for May 7th, 2025, at 3:30 PM, on first call, and, if necessary, for May 8th, 2025, at 3:30 PM, on second call, at the Company's offices at Foro Buonaparte, 71, 20121 - Milan (MI), has been published on the Company's website at hKps://investors.datrixgroup.com/en/shareholders-mee1ng-and-documents/, at the dissemina1on system (SDIR) "eMarket Storage" available at and, in excerpts, in the daily newspaper "Libero".

Furthermore, it is hereby announced that the annual financial report for the financial year 2024, which includes, inter alia, the draV financial statements for the year ended December 31st , 2024, the consolidated financial statements ended December 31st , 2024, the management report of the Board of Directors, as well as the reports of the Board of Statutory Auditors and the Independent Auditors, the forms for gran1ng proxies and sub-delega1ons to the designated representa1ve and the illustra1ve report of the Board of Directors on the items on the agenda, are available to the public at the Company's registered office and on the Company's website at hKps://investors.datrixgroup.com/en/financial-reports-and-presenta1ons/.
