TRANSFER OF REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS

Rome, 22 April 2025 – Rai Way S.p.A. (the "Company") announces - in particular with reference to the prior communications and disclosures regarding the filing of documents at its registered office relating to the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting convened on 30 April 2025 available for consultation by the public - that as of tomorrow, 23 April 2025, the address of registered office of the Company, still located in Rome, will be transferred from Via Teulada No. 66 to Viale Castrense No. 9.
