application for de-listing of D shares has been approved

The last day of trading in Akelius Residential Property AB (publ)'s ("Akelius Residential Property" or the "Company") D shares on Nasdaq First North Growth Market will be 7 April 2025.

As previously announced, Akelius Residential Property has applied for de-listing of the Company's D shares from Nasdaq First North Growth Market.

Nasdaq has now approved the application and resolved that the last of trading will be 7 April 2025.
