ISIN: SE0017832165 / SE0017832173 Changes due to: Distribution from subsidiary. Patrik Rignell previously held all of his shares in Karnell Group AB (publ) through his wholly owned company PARI Norway AS. PARI Norway AS was put in voluntary liquidation and has, as part of the liquidation, on 12 March 2025 distributed all shares in Karnell Group AB (publ) to its parent company RIGAM II AB, which is also wholly owned by Patrik Rignell. PARI Norway AS has thus fallen below the 5 percent threshold both in terms of votes and shares, and RIGAM II AB has exceeded the 5 percent threshold in terms of shares, and the 20 percent threshold in terms of votes. Patrik Rignell’s (as well as RIGAM 3 AB and PARI Holding AG) indirect holdings in Karnell Group AB (publ) has not reached or exceeded any new thresholds, and they still indirectly own 5.8 percent of the shares and 24.51 percent of the votes in Karnell Group AB (publ).
